Heroes Among Us: A Tribute to Our Local Heroes
Join us in our inspiring 2024 Flags for Heroes campaign, where we aim to surpass all expectations set by our unforgettable 2023 event. What began with just 200 flags fluttering proudly in Spartanburg's Duncan Park has blossomed into a community-wide movement. This year, our ambitious goal is to soar to new heights with over 500, and who knows, maybe even 1000 flags gracing our park – one for each hero.
When you participate in this heartwarming tribute, you'll receive an engraved dog tag bearing your hero's name. Join us on June 14 for our Flag Retirement Ceremony, where you can personally collect this token of honor. For those who can't attend, don't worry, we'll send it to your doorstep at no extra cost.
After the event, if you'd like to hold onto your hero's flag as a cherished keepsake, you have the option to purchase it for just $30. If you'd like to take it a step further, for a total of $40, we'll even frame it beautifully and ship it to you, making it an elegant display of your appreciation.
